The set is issued to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the end of World War I (Great War) and Poland’s independence. The model depicts a soldier of the Blue Army of General J?zef Haller serving a 155 mm French heavy field howitzer wz. 1917. The original copy of such an operation can be seen, among others at the Polish Army Museum in Warsaw. This new model from COBI faithfully reproduces the historical cannon. It has movable wheels and a barrel that can be raised or lowered. In addition, a special brick is installed there that imitates the artillery castle.
