Cobi Missing Blocks
Don’t panic if a piece is missing from your COBI set!
It’s uncommon, but it can happen. Here’s how to get a replacement easily:
- Find the missing piece info: Check the instruction manual’s last pages. There should be pictures of all the pieces with their part numbers.
- Head to COBI’s missing piece website: Click here (https://cobi.pl/en/customer-service/missing-blocks/) to browse to COBI’s form.
- Fill out the form: Let them know what’s missing.
- Snap a picture: Use your phone to take a clear picture of the missing piece(s).
- Attach the picture: This helps COBI identify the piece quickly.
Relax! COBI usually ships replacements fast. You’ll likely have them within a week or so, depending on where you live.
