The ZiS-3 was a Soviet 76.2 mm anti-tank gun that played a significant role in World War II. It was a highly versatile and effective weapon, capable of firing both anti-tank and high-explosive shells. The gun was easy to operate and had a fast rate of fire, making it popular among Soviet soldiers. It was also relatively lightweight, which allowed for quick deployment and maneuverability on the battlefield. The ZiS-3 was widely produced, with over 100,000 guns manufactured during the war, and it remained in service with various armies around the world long after World War II. This 130-piece Cobi set comes with one Russian soldier minifig accompanied by several sandbags and barbed wire to protect his flank as he works to put shells through the Zis-3. He also has his trusty PPSH-41 machine gun to keep him company.
