Cobi has brought the PANZER VI TIGER “131” to it’s 1:48 scale tank collection. These are smaller yet detailed tanks that you will enjoy building and take up less space on the shelf.
The Tiger 131 is the only operating Tiger Tank in the world. This vehicle was captured by soldiers of the 48 Royal Regiment of Tanks on a hill called Djebel?Djaffa?on April 21, 1943. This was in the last month of the campaign in Tunisia (Africa). It is the only Tiger captured by British and American troops intact. It was brought by the Germans to Tunisia between March 22 and April 16, 1943 and brought into battle with the 48th Royal Tank Regiment near Medjez-el-Bab on April 21 1943. British forces shipped the tank back to England for research and has survived since. The Tank is currently located at the “Tank Museum” of Bovington.

Absolutely love it, my only issue is the tracks like to catch on the front plate and the rear track flaps but other than that it’s absolutely amazing and it’s probably better quality than LEGO and it looks absolutely stunning.
